Product Specialist (IoT)


ESKI is composed of three brands that service various markets: PixMob, klik and Safeteams. Our mission is to provide memorable experiences through our wearable technologies. PixMob helps create immersive crowd lighting experiences at live entertainment events, making the audience part of the show. Klik is a powerful business networking and information sharing tools for corporate event. Safeteams is our most recent invention. This product provides an effective automated contact tracing and contagion analytics capabilities.

Your role on our team

  • Executing the clients’ project scope, training, and assisting admin users on the configuration and installation of the Safeteams technology
  • Explaining product performance and benefits by delivering high-quality, professional presentations
  • Contributing to identifying areas of opportunity for improvement within our customer experience department and optimizing our technology deployment practices to allow for swift scalability
  • Seeking to achieve high standards of service & customer experience
  • Working closely with our internal teams to represent our customers and making their feedback as impactful as possible to influence the evolution of our products and processes
  • Working hand in hand with account managers and elaborating a seamless onboarding for each of our clients 
  • Organizing and giving trainings to clients on how to use and promote Safeteams among their teams
  • Participating proactively in the creation of new training material for internal and external use
  • Being knowledgeable of internal technological developments and constraints so as to be able to articulate them well to clients and external stakeholders



You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria

  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Solid work ethic and proven time-management and prioritization capacity to deliver results and meet deadlines of several simultaneous installations
  • Great communication skills spoken and written (French & English) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment


Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or within the industrial industry is a strong asset
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B, client onboarding of SaaS platform and\or customer experience
